[Metrics.SC] Metrics SC Meeting in Buenos Aires and Agenda

Heidi based on recent interchanges of other emails with Maureen and the
level of planning she ha already undertaken for her interactions with RALOs
etc.,  can you modify Item 4 of the BA Agenda for the AM-SC  to show  MH
managing this section of the Agenda please...
