[ME ICANN] Passing away of Tarek Kamel

Dear Baher and All,
My sincere condolences to those who were very close to Dr. Tarek Kamel and
to ICANN and the Middle East community for a great loss.

Tarek will always be remembered of his contribution in connecting the
Middle East community to the whole world.

May his beautiful soul rest in peace.
