[ME ICANN] [ME Space] Passing away of Tarek Kamel

A great loss.

Great idea Tijani and Nadira.

Tarek was one of the few  senior ICANN staff members who made the effort to
come to NCUC's birthday party a couple of years ago. He showed he cared in
the most subtle ways.
