[ME ICANN] [MEAC SWG] 2 days to finalize the comments on the ME statement

Dear Hadia,
As per Hanan's last minute comment on KPIs I would suggest an edit because
the Evaluation and the KPI are intertwined. Hence I will follow up the
paragraph with my suggested edit.

We suggest that after the proposed work is complete, an evaluation is done
and relevant KPIs are developed that measure the aggregate effect of all
the ongoing efforts in this regard, followed by corrective measures as
needed.
