[ME ICANN] Montreal ME Space statement first draft for your comment : MEAC or ME Space??

Hi all,

As Nadira has rightly mentioned, it is rather wise not to open up this for
discussion and just stick to "Middle East" with ICANN's own definition as
our guide.
