[ME ICANN] Reminder: Invitation to the ME Virtual meeting on Universal Acceptance & Email Address Internationalization using Arabic Script

Hi,

Thanks for the statement
I might not be able to attend today's call but I want to ask a clarifying
question here. Reading the statement, I see recommendations and requests of
different nature but it is not clear to who this statement is addressed or
will be sent? For example, I see the mention of GAC proposals but those
seem requiring implementation at the national level.
Maybe re-ordering the recommendations and indicating the target
stakeholders would be helpful. That will be effective for follow-up and
communicating with relevant parties.
