[ME ICANN] ME virtual activities - Call for drafting team

Thank you Fahd for sharing this very relevant webinar on "Third
Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) Final Report"
It will be very handy to the drafting team and providing feedback on the
developed draft.
Thanks too, to Abdelmonem Galila and Sogand Ghorbani  who volunteered to be
on the drafting team.
