<p class="MsoNormal">Study 1 has been published on <a href="http://icann.org">icann.org</a> for a while--that's how it was delivered to the Board. However, it wasn't linked to from anywhere, making it extremely difficult to find. :-) That's completely my fault.
We recently rectified that situation with a link on the OCTO "Commissioned papers" page, which is at <a href="https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/octo-commissioned-documents-2020-11-05-en">https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/octo-commissioned-documents-2020-11-05-en</a>.
