Dear Members,

 

On behalf of C-DAC, I would like to thank you for your active participation
and your incisive and useful suggestions which will go a long way towards
moulding the direction in which the Group is to proceed.

 

This is the starting point and we look forward to actively working with you
and ensuring that our languages and scripts are correctly represented.

 

We trust that the presentations were useful and are attached for your
reference. Also, attaching the document prepared during the meeting having
list of experts to be invited(Star"*" before the name) for the
scripts/languages.  We will soon send Minutes of Meeting and the photos.

 

Since some of you had also requested for the Neo-Brahmi GP Proposal sent to
ICANN, attaching that too.

 

Looking forward to your extended cooperation and useful contributions in
your scripts and languages and also ensuring that the  plan of action
presented becomes a reality.

Dear Prof Udaya Narayana Singh and fellow members -

 

It was indeed a pleasure meeting all of you at the first face to face
meeting of the Neo-Brahmi Generation Panel last week in Pune. I believe we
have got off to a good start and wish to acknowledge the efforts of our
colleagues at C-DAC for their support. On behalf of ICANN I take this
opportunity to thank each and every one of you for giving us your valuable
time.The Neo-Brahmi Generation Panel is an unique exercise and will
eventually benefit many users in India and in nations where Indic languages
are prevalent.
