[Neobrahmigp] Doodle Poll- First Face-to-Face meeting tentatively in Delhi at the end of May

It turns out that the proposed week do not work for some of us because of prior engagements.

 

The new proposed dates are from end of May to first week of June. I very much hope that the date chosen will work for the majority of members of the team, and that most people will be able to travel in good time for the meeting.

 

Please complete the below Doodle Poll, as we would like to try to finalise the date and organise travel and the necessary support facilities as soon as possible.

At the outset, let me inform you that the Neo-Brahmi Panel is in a stage of formation and a revised draft will shortly be sent to ICANN through Dr. Udaya Narayan Singh. 

 

In the interim, we have requested ICANN to fund  a face to face meeting, to which proposal they have very kindly agreed. 

 

We are planning to hold first face to face meeting in Delhi tentatively at the end of May. 

  

A face to face meeting will help us know one another and more importantly allow us to answer all your queries as to the working of the group, develop a road-plan for the group and also establish means of communication to remain in touch. 

  

I am writing this mail to you to ascertain whether this schedule is acceptable to you in order to finalise the budgetary figures. Please let us know at the earliest about your willingness to attend the meeting.
