Dear Neo-Brahmi GP members,
As has already been shared by Anupam, the Khmer Generation Panel has completed
their proposal for the Root Zone LGR. The proposal has been released for
public comment at
<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/khmer-lgr-2016-04-15-en>
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/khmer-lgr-2016-04-15-en.
Kindly note that the public comment specifically calls for the Neo-Brahmi GP
to review and provide feedback on the proposal, as Khmer script also follows
an Abugida system and therefore the proposal, especially the whole label
evaluation rules, may be of particular relevance to the work by Neo-Brahmi GP.
Therefore, we would request the Neo-Brahmi to consider providing a formal
feedback through the public comment process, though all of you are also
welcome to post your individual comments directly.
Regards,
Sarmad

Dear All,
We have been working on the principles and guidelines that we are going to
follow during the character selection process for the Neo-Brahmi LGR. This is
the first deliverable of the Neo-Brahmi GP.
Please find it attached. We are still working on the document however
circulating with you all at early stage so that we can have a dialogue
started.
Request you to read it in conjunction with the following foundational
documents of the Root LGR procedure.
1. Root LGR Procedure:
