Hello Dr. Pavanaja,
As per my knowledge, the ZWNJ and ZWJ are allowed to be part of the
domain names under specific contexts only and not in free-form way.
However, specifically talking about this Root Zone LGR Project, they
have not been permitted to be part of the TLD strings.
