Dear Friends and Colleagues,

If it is not impossible under the ICANN provisions, we could surely agree
to accept someone like Dr Ajay Data from the IAMAI as the Co-Chair of NBGP
to accelerate the task at hand. However, if it is not too odd, may we also
have Mahesh Kulkarni-ji on the board as Co-Chair - requesting him to take
greater interest in pushing this work. Would of course wait for Samiran and
Sarmad to react and take appropriate steps.
