[Neobrahmigp] Draft Devanagari LGR

Hello Akshat,
Thanks for your efforts. Having gone through the LGR document, I noted that
two valued contributors for the Tamang language, Mr. Amrit Yonjan and Mr.
Indra Kumar Tamang were missing in the contributors' list. Could you please
kindly add them?
