14.	Status of Oriya proposal (Jay)

During update, minimum update requested by answering the questions below. 

1. Have you updated the first draft on Google Doc ? 
2. What is the tentative date to complete the following in document. 
   a) Information / Overview / Background of Script / Languages covered. 
   b) Repertoire with EGIDS Scale 
   c) Variants
   d) Whole Label Evaluation Rules
   e) References
   g) Contributors (names of contributors)
   h) Special note if any
