Dear All,

I am pleased to announce that S.Maniam has joined the Neo-Brahmi Generation Panel.   He worked in IDN since 1998, http://i-dns.net/   as a  Spin of NUS.Singapore on IDN solutions.  He involved in ICANN meetings on IDN topics, introduced Tamil IDN in India, Hindi in Delhi, Tamil in Tamil Nadu etc. He is a former chair of WG3, TAMIL IDN WG of INFITT in 2000, worked on COM,NET,ORG for TAMIL. He is currently working on application process for few Tamil IDN on next round of  application and has been in contact with Tamil Nadu govt officials on IDN process.
