[Neobrahmigp] IP feedback on Tamil LGR proposal 20180809

Dear Shanmugam, All,



Thank you for your continued work on the Tamil LGR proposal.  IP considers the 
work is at its final stages, except for finalizing the discussion around 
Visarga.  The IP presents an alternate solution for this character, in 
addition to some additional minor editing feedback for the consideration of 
NBGP.  Their suggestion simplifies the WLE rules and thus the LGR solution.



Kindly consider the IP input to finalize the Tamil proposal.
