[Neobrahmigp] Additional IP feedback on Bangla LGR proposal 2018-08-09

Thanks for your valuable feedback.
With due respect, I would like to say that the feedback  from esteemed IP,
especially *Conclusion 3*  is not acceptable to me (personally). As I am a
speaker and user of Bangla, I have no right to allow and approve such
remarks which are directly and significantly conflict with grammatical laws
of Bangla Language.
If you refer *Unicode Consortium* to ignore the debates, that would be
different issue. Like feedback, code chart for Bangla (Bengali) is also
questionable to us.
it's my personal opinion. Thanks again sir.
