Dear Dr. Data

Good to see the thrust for Bangla and working with momentum will see it's
getting done.

I am sure the CDAC experts and friends from Bangladesh will bring the
issues to closure .

Kindly add me in the mentioned what's app group for Bangla.

Thank you very much Brig Gen Mustafa ji for your push and sending two
representation to close all pending consensus for Bangla LGR.

So now, we have reached to a consensus on the following..

   1. Two Bangla script experts are visiting Delhi from Bangladesh.
   2. Two Bangla script experts are visiting Delhi from CDAC, Pune.
   3. Samiran from ICANN is organising the meeting logistics.
   4. Everyone travelling to Delhi are taking care of there own travel and
   stay.

 Thank you very much for the same. This is important because  at this time
ICANN is not able to make arrangements for travel and its funding, which
will otherwise take upto two months for meeting. To speedup the process for
completing entire LGR process and further integration in root zone, this
early meeting is essential.

   1. Now yesterday we have learnt the final dates of visa being made
   available and travel dates, our final dates for meeting are now finalised
   for 21st Dec and 22nd December , 1 and half day meeting. Exact schedule
   is being planned by Samiran.
   2. IDN Program Director from ICANN Sarmad and his colleague Pitinan to
   join remotely to provide necessary technical support and get the LGR
   document be finalised.

Requesting all members of NBGP to support this community driven initiative
for making this meeting successful to close the Bangla LGR and lets get it
integrated into root zone.

Those who can travel may please confirm or make it possible to join
Remotely. ICANN is making the bridge possible to remote participation.

We have created the whatsapp group specific to Bangla script, please let us
know with your mobile number if you would like to be added into that group.

Dear all,

Greetings from Bangladesh.

In reference to the subject mentioned above and trail mail below, we
sincerely appreciate your toil behind the LGR production of all the 9
scripts. Please be informed that, alongside 8 other scripts we want
'Bangla' to be finalized at the same time in order to be sending back to
IP. We have a few issues with the final document but be assured that we are
confident to settle all the issues the following week. So, I
am, hereby asking your favor one more time to let us get on board with the
rest of the scripts to enjoy all future possibilities and opportunities in
good time.

In this regard, two of our language experts are going to meet you in
Delhi the very next week. They have already started travel preparations and
they shall be visiting the VISA office tomorrow. Therefore, we seek your
kind support and cooperation with our team.

Finally, we are very hopeful for the LGR completion of Bangla
together with all other scripts and I am reiterating that, we do not want
you to be late rather we want to secure an all-inclusive outcome for NBGP.

Hello Friends

We had done wonderful work in last one year with great zeal and enthusiasm
to produce LGR’s in 9 scripts and after the public comment for 8 scripts we
have some small work to complete and send back to IP.

As we are approaching holidays in US, there is no work likely after 15th
December so it would be great if we can send our respective documents in
this week or may be in Monday next week.

Please look at this on priority so that we don’t miss the opportunity for
integration of our LGRs in this round.

Requesting to please complete the documents in this week and send to the
NBGP mailing list.

Pitinan, pl see we may have to have many calls as soon as we receiving
document. This last team effort will hopefully take all the documents to
root zone.
