[Neobrahmigp] Proposals for NBGP scripts

Hello Akshat,
Just a small additional information request to be updated  to the
Devanagari LGR proposal on account of the use of the Nukta symbol:

Section 3.3.6
 Nukta

 Tamang uses the “nukta” character represented by U+093C and hence the
characters represented by U+0958, U+0959, U+095A, U+095B, U+095C, U+095D,
U+095E, U+095F.
 However, since the characters U+0958, U+0959, U+095A, U+095B, U+095C,
U+095D, U+095E, U+095F are not part of the allowable characters as part of
the Devanagari MSR, Tamang uses "Nukta" to produce the given characters by
typing the concerned consonants followed by the Nukta symbol.
