[Neobrahmigp] NBGP membership

Bangladesh consultants and Bangla Academy seem to be very particular about
calling the language "Bangla". The other alternative, "Bengali" is an
English legacy - much like "Cawnpore", and I am happy to suggest that we
use "Bangla" throughout the LGR document. Regards,
