Dear Pavanaja,

Thank you for your response. The section of ‘Halant before vowel’was moved to the valid section because the WLE in Kannada LGR have no restriction. This will accommodate the label with two words which first word ends with Halant and the next word starts with Vowel.

On quick check –

  *   Having a Halant before a vowel is marked as Valid. It is Invalid

I have not checked other files as I am ready to go to Delhi now.
