Kindly find attached the package of Telugu LGR version 1.9 dated 20 June 2018.
Release note version 1.9:

  *   Added Rule 5 disallow Nasal C + H + C
  *   Added Rule 6  V Cannot be preceded by H
  *   Edit test file according to the rule 5, 6 and update the format of variant test set
