[Neobrahmigp] IP Response to Tamil LGR proposal 20180530

Dear Shanmugam, All,



Thank you for your efforts to finalize the Tamil LGR proposal.



IP has reviewed the proposal and drafted their response.  This includes the 
following documents:

1.	Response document from IP
2.	Attached marked-up / change-tracked version of the proposal



3.	Attached a changed (not tracked) version of the XML
4.	Attached the most recent version of the Variant Analysis (-v4) for 0BCC

In addition to the editing suggestions, please note that there is a technical 
issue with the variant sets proposed in Tamil.  The IP has done an analysis of 
the variants, presented in a separate document.  Kindly review that analysis, 
choose the option you would like to proceed with and update the proposal to 
include a summary of the issue and the decision taken by Tamil script 
community on how to address it.  The IP continues to analyze such cases, but 
that work can continue in parallel to the public comment release of the 
proposal.



Otherwise the proposal is in good shape to move forward.  Kindly update the 
proposal based on the feedback and share with us.  We plan take it forward for 
public comment after this update, unless there are any additional feedback 
from the IP in the meantime.
