Here is a updated version of the Gurmukhi XML/HTML.  There was a slight issue with the consonant classes C1 and C3 in the previous version.

As you finalize the Devanagari and Gurmukhi script proposals, please add a short paragraph on the limitations on the use on ZWJ or ZWNJ in the root zone and therefore exclusion in from the proposal, only in case any these characters is used by either of these scripts.  This is for completeness of the proposal, as identified by the IP.

Kindly note that such paragraph is also needed in the proposals for other scripts where ZWJ or ZWNJ is relevant as well.  A common text by NBGP can be reused in the different script proposals, tweaked to the needs of various scripts.
