I think I have understood your comments and their importance, most of which pertain to Section 3, and accordingly tweaked the LGR doc as much as I could. I would request you to please look into the relevant portions once again to see if some more changes would be required. Hope I have written the correct official address under your name at the end. Since Atiur would have to add some of his own corrections to this document, I would urge Atiur to wait until Rajib has seen this version once again. Since tomorrow we are expected to have an NBGP meet virtually as notified, it would be ideal if some time is devoted by us all, including Pitinan, to see through this version. Please review the Bengali XML/HTML against the proposal – please check if the XML/HTML is ok.  We ran the XML file on a corpus of labels from an online source and found only 908 come out as invalid from 81k labels, which means that the rules provide good coverage.  However, please also review the annotated results file to see if any further changes are needed.
