[Neobrahmigp] Oriya Akshar Combinations

Dear All,

 

Please find attached files for Oriya combinations for conjunct/character
variant analysis.

 

There is one character "ORIYA LETTER VOCALIC L" U+0B0C which is listed as a
"consonant" in Oriya LGR proposal. However as per our understanding the
character falls into vowel category.

 

In the combinations files, I have included that character in the vowel list.

 

Requesting Kuldeep to kindly recheck/ confirm the character category.
