Please find attached, modified Devanagari LGR as per the IP feedback.



Following files are provided.

1. Modified Devanagari LGR

2. Modified XML file

3. File with Valid and Invalid labels

4. Modified file that contains labels that produce variants

5. Response file to IP Feedback detailing action taken.



There are following major points to be noted in regard with this version of 
the Devanagari LGR.



1. An additional variant of Devanagari and Gurmukhi Nukta characters has been 
added to the Devanagari LGR as per the suggestion by IP and accepted by 
Devanagari LGR. Request that on confirmation from Dr. Lehal on the said 
addition, this change be considered as final.



2. An elaborate discussion on ZWJ and ZWNJ has been added in Section 3.3.8. 
Other LGRs may want to take a look at the same and add the text from it as 
they deem fit.

Thank you for the providing the updated LGR proposal for Devanagari script. 
The IP has reviewed the proposal, XML and the test label files.

Here is the IP response to Devanagari with associated files.  Attached  are 
the following 3 files:

1.	IP response document
2.	Fully change tracked DOCX containing detailed editing suggestions
3.	XML file with corrections and suggested edits applied (no change tracking, 
must use diff)
