I confirm that “ORIYA LETTER VOCALIC L” U+0B0C which is listed as a “consonant” in Oriya LGR proposal should be under vowel category.

Thanks a lot for reviewing it and pointing out, I have made changes in the proposal file too. The same is attached below.

I have reviewed the HTML and XML file sent by you today and it is found to be in order except VOCALIC L” U+0B0C  should be listed as vowel category.

Request you to make the changes in XML and HTML file to reflect  “ORIYA LETTER VOCALIC L” U+0B0C  to be listed as vowel category.
