[Neobrahmigp] IP-Response-Devanagari-LGR -20180520-3

Dear Akshat, All,

The IP has discovered a potential technical issue with the variant formulation 
in the Devanagari proposal, which it is investigating further.

In the meantime, the IP would like GP to proceed with addressing the remaining 
feedback as it is unrelated and can be addressed independently of the outcome 
for the above mentioned issue.

Attached:

1.	 IP response document
2.	LGR proposal - marked up
3.	XML document - with changes
4.	HTML document (effectively the XML as it would be formatted in the LGR-3 
publication style)
---> IP is forwarding this to the GP as it makes it easier to review against 
table 6

What will happen next?

While the GP may respond to the feedback contained herein, the IP experts will 
further investigate the issue discovered. Once the IP has reached a consensus 
on a recommendation how to address this issue, the IP will issue a separate 
communication.
