[Neobrahmigp] Devanagari LGR finalization

Dear NBGP,

 

I have tested the below case on different fonts and some of the fonts (including window system fonts) do render them identically and might create confusions. So in my view, below case should be listed in the Normative section – Variant code points.

There is only one open issue left for Devanagari. 

1.	The case of Candrabindu vs Candra E+Anusvara, some fonts could create visual confusion.

Could you please share your view on their similarity level? 

a.      Distinguishable

b.      Similar and should be included in the Appendix  - Confusable code points

c.    Identical and should be included in the Normative section – Variant code points.
