[Neobrahmigp] The six scripts PCs were extended

Dear NBGP members,

I'd like to inform you that based on our resolution, the six scripts PCs were extended to end 8 October 2018.
This will provide overlapping time with the Tamil and Malayalam public comment which planned to release on 25 September 2018.
