Dear Akshat, all,

Please find attached some further feedback from IP on Devanagari LGR proposal.
This has been one of the most complex scripts for LGR so far, so we commend
your efforts in taking this effort forward.

Please let us know if you have any queries. We can also organize a call with
IP if you would like to discuss their feedback.

Please see below for IP response and attached document for a detailed analysis
and further recommendations.

Regards,
Sarmad

The IP has been reviewing all post-public comment NeoB GP proposals plus
Sinhala one final time with special attention to variants. The attached
document reviews the Devanagari LGR Proposal dated 2019-03-06.

The IP finds that the Devanagari LGR is one of the most complex LGRs we have
seen. It is a challenge to analyze it due to the number of "features"
employed - sequences, contexts, variants with contexts, overlapping variants
that interact with each other, all needing careful attention to ensure that
the variant set well-behaved instead of just formally correct.

The attached document contains several recommendations that the IP request the
NeoB GP to implement, or, if necessary, further discuss.
