Dear Pitinan, Dr. Data and all,
I must acknowledge the efforts you have been putting to followup and
helping to move it forward for all other scripts including Odia.

Since last two days, I am busy in shifting my house.
However, after my discussion with Pitinan yesterday evening, I reviewed the
entire proposal on my mobile late in the night since my system was packed,
hence delayed the sign off.
There was no deadline given to me, so thought I can send it by tonight.

Apology for the inconvenience if any. I confirm that the proposal can be
published at the proposals’ webpage [icann.org]
<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.icann.org_resources_pages_lgr-2Dproposals-2D2015-2D12-2D01-2Den&d=DwMFaQ&c=FmY1u3PJp6wrcrwll3mSVzgfkbPSS6sJms7xcl4I5cM&r=qAs-z5lsx1qg4ORlIggZJ8rKxoygReIR_xCeVaO37qo&m=keGfGLsIN-TrsUyq6J8Hll4c8mtgR2gWtFTxWIhnHO8&s=DIrR5O8Lniz67IfL0a61_THL4PHi3yp0NJtAXtCcAVs&e=>
as
the final version after public comment, and then IP to undertake its
evaluation.

Best Regards
Kuldeep Patnaik
