[Neobrahmigp] Instruction how to post the comment to public comment platform

Dear NBGP members,

As per discussed on the NBGP call on 29 September 2020. Please find the instruction how to submit a comment as follow:

Option1 – Posting directly to the public comment platform.

  1.  Visit https://www.icann.org/public-comments/reference-lgrs-second-level-2020-08-24-en
  2.  Under the timeline graphic, click on the right blue button ‘Submit Comment’. The acknowledge statement page will appear.
  3.  If you agree with the statement, please check the check box, then click ‘Continue’. It local mail client will be pop-up.
  4.  The address is default to  comments-reference-lgrs-second-level-24aug20 at icann.org<mailto:comments-reference-lgrs-second-level-24aug20 at icann.org>, please submit your comment via this email address.

Option2 – Email your comment to IDN program.

  1.  Email your comment to IDNprogram at icann.org<mailto:IDNprogram at icann.org> and indicate in your email that you would like the comment to be posted on the public comment platform.
  2.  We will then post the comment on your behalf.
