<P class=MsoNormal>At the outset, let me inform you that the Neo-Brahmi Panel is in a stage of formation and a revised draft will shortly be sent to ICANN through Dr. Udaya Narayan Singh. <o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal>In the interim, we have requested ICANN to fund a face to face meeting, to which proposal they have very kindly agreed. <o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal>We are planning to hold first face to face meeting in Delhi tentatively at the end of May. <o:p></o:p></P>
