ICANN has developed a tool which allows a generation panel to develop the XML with an easy to use interface. The tool is available at

the needful for Kannada. At present Kannada is totally neglected. IDN does not have Kannada. I am more than willing to help ICANN to make Kannada available in IDN.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
