What I have done is:<br>
I copied Kannada Code Chart.<br>
Added a column for Telugu characters and inserted most of the Telugu characters.<br>
The column in red UNICODE POINT is to be substituted by relevant Telugu entries.<br>
I appreciate guidance on this and any other corrections etc needed.<br>
