There are following major points to be noted in regard with this version of the Devanagari LGR.

1. An additional variant of Devanagari and Gurmukhi Nukta characters has been added to the Devanagari LGR as per the suggestion by IP and accepted by Devanagari LGR. Request that on confirmation from Dr. Lehal on the said addition, this change be considered as final.

2. An elaborate discussion on ZWJ and ZWNJ has been added in Section 3.3.8. Other LGRs may want to take a look at the same and add the text from it as they deem fit.
