attached, modified descriptive version of the LGR i.e. Doc and

<p><font face="Georgia">If there are no comments on same from the
NBGP in due time, I request the co-chairs to propose the same as
the version which can be given to IP for their final review.
Also, would request Dr. Sarmad/Pitinan to assist with the
updation of the XML to be in sync with these changes.</font></p>
<p><font face="Georgia">Following variant pairs have been suggested
to be added. :</font></p>
<p><font face="Georgia">ॲं U+0972 U+0902 - अँ U+0905 U+0901<br>
एँ U+090F U+0901 - ऍं U+090D U+0902<br>
ऑं U+0911 U+0902 - आँ U+0906 U+0901</font></p>
<p><font face="Georgia">Given the fact that all the above pairs
begin with a Vowel, the same rule "not-when="preceded-by-H" as
applicable to the vowel can be applied when adding the variant
in the XML file.</font></p>
<p><font face="Georgia">I have deliberately kept the name of the
files to be same as previous version, considering the previous
version as an interim one. <br>

3. A section on methodology adopted by NBGP to incorporate the
feedback received through the Public Comments process is added
at 4.2.<br>
4. 094A character in the table in 5.2 has been changed to “ॊ”
and the corresponding character name has been changed to
“DEVANAGARI VOWEL SIGN SHORT O”.<br>
5. Added the Devanagari and Bengali Visarga pair to Appendix B
as possible confusables.<br>
6. Added the "DEVANAGARI LETTER SHORT E" and " DEVANAGARI
LETTER SHORT O" along with the respective vowel signs to the
Table 5.<br>
7. Table 6, in 5.2, “Indic syllabic category” header has been
changed to “Category”<br>
8. Table 16, in 6.1, used edited image instead of the actual
characters to show the glyphs.</font><br>
<p><font face="Georgia">If there are no further comments, I
would request Dr. Sarmad or Pitinan to consider this as a
final version to be considered by the IP.</font></p>
