[Newgtld-input] Input on gTLD Batching

Sending to two emails just to ensure I reach the right destination.

In reading the announcement for input on gTLD Batching, I see that the process for submitting comments is different than how a traditional ICANN public comment period might operate.

For example - no public digest of comments submitted, no reply period, etc.

Can you confirm that this is actually the case?
