[Npoc-discuss] Creating an NGO for NPOC in Estonia - with a bank account

Please, if you have ANY questions about this venture, please ask ASAP. Now
is the time to ask. Even if you feel that your question might be silly. We
will otherwise move forward on making decisions about this by next EC
meeting in May, hopefully. I want to get this done over the summer.
