[Npoc-discuss] Creating an NGO for NPOC in Estonia - with a bank account

Great idea. Estonia is a good location.  After looking at the minimalist draft Charter, I would suggest you need to have additional provisions about a governing membership, board, officers, elections, meetings, and purposes (including reference to ICANN).
