[Npoc-discuss] 2021 NPOC LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS - OPEN POSITIONS

Hi all,

I hereby nominate Emmanuel Vitus for a second term as the NPOC Secretariat.
He has been a good NPOC Secretary in his first term and I am sure all of us
will agree he needs to continue the good work in his second term.  I am
hoping he will accept his re-nomination for the second term.
