[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Gloria Meneses for the Policy Chair

Dear all,

I wish to nominate Gloria Meneses from the Latin America (LAC). She has
been involved in ICANN since her fellowship days and as a fellow, she has
been involved in a few Internet Governance Campaigns representing
Not-for-Profit organisations and the wider Civil Society.

Gloria has been an NPOC member since 2018 and active in the policy making
processes. She is a computer engineer, working currently on Big Data and
how it works for Civil Society in the decision making process.
