[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Joan Kerr for the VC position

By all means, all of our members are given a chance to get nominated or
even step up and say that they are interested, which can be done publicly
or privately.

The last two slots were nominated in the last 24 hrs, after not enough
candidates had come through. I would really like to see new faces step into
the EC and I encourage them to take the initiative to get nominated. There
are still almost eight hours left of the two week nomination period.
