[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Arsene Tungali as the Communications Chair of NPOC

Dear all,

I would like to nominate Arsene Tungali for the Communications Chair
position.

Arsene has been in ICANN for at least as long as I have (since Marrakech
2016) and has years of experience working for the civil society in the
realm of digital rights fora, such as the IGF, ICANN and RightsCon. He's
rather well known already.

I've found his texts easily understandable and diplomatic at the same time,
which are both good qualities for our new comms chair and fully support him
to do this important job for us.
