[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Raoul Plommer for NPOC Chair

[Raoul Plommer]

Thank you Tapani, Joan and others, I will gladly accept the nomination for
the NPOC chair's position. I think it's safe to say this will be my last
term IF I get elected.
