[Npoc-discuss] Questions to ICANN board

Hello from Sénégal, West Africa.
Please, could our dear Chair Raoul explain to me where is the link between
''carbon neutral'' and the NPOC ?
As for me, as a member of the NPOC, i've no ''neutral carbon'' issue in my
local IG ecosystem, so don't ask in my name.
