[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Glenn McKnight as Vice Chair

[Raymond Mamattah]

Glenn has been a great influence in the IG ecosystem. I believe him being a
Vice Chair to NPOC will be a great add on to the NPOC family. I second his
nomination.
